The inventory including approximately 1000 pair of new shoes and boots and accessories will be sold in one lot to the highest bidder. Buyer must pay in full auction day. Terms: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final live bid price payable in full auction day. All merchandise fixtures and inventory to be removed by buyer within 24 hours, no later than 1PM April 23rd, 2009. All new inventory, including: Boots, Shoes, Belts and accessories and office equipment. See the attached file for a partial inventory list. Preview at 12 Noon on Auction Day. Auction at 1PM, Wednesday April 22 inside the store. No signs will be posted.
